Make your rental yours.
TenantMade gives residents a controlled way to personalise rented homes using improvements already approved for the property — then handles ordering, installation, condition records and, where required, reinstatement when the resident leaves.
Change the room without changing the property.
Choose from reversible wall finishes approved for your building and installed by TenantMade. The relevant surface is recorded before installation, and the finish can be removed and reinstated when you move out.
Approve before installation. Record what changed. Restore when required.
One approval layer for every permitted improvement.
The same underlying TenantMade approval and fulfilment layer supports every upgrade type. What changes is the product, the property rule, the installation method and the reinstatement requirement.
Know what is permitted.
Each property or building has a defined catalogue of improvements agreed in advance with the operator or landlord.
Make the change properly.
Residents order through TenantMade. Approved installers complete the work and record condition before and after installation.
Put it back when required.
At move-out, TenantMade can remove the approved improvement and reinstate the affected area to the agreed recorded condition.
Before you change your rental, know what your property allows.
Generic home-improvement retailers sell products. TenantMade adds the property-specific approval, installation and reinstatement context that makes those products usable in professionally managed rented homes.
What am I allowed to change here?
See approved upgrades for your exact property without repeatedly asking permission or worrying whether an alteration will cause problems later.
What has been installed in this home?
Operators retain control over permitted products, installers, surfaces and reinstatement requirements.
What changed, when and by whom?
Installations remain attributable to the order, installer, photographs and property record.
Why is there a removable wall finish in Bedroom 2?
Feature wall TM-W023 was approved for Apartment 407 under the building's resident-personalisation catalogue. The west wall was photographed before installation on 18 September 2026. Installation was completed by an approved installer. Reinstatement is attached to the resident's move-out instruction.
TenantMade fits into workflows that already happen.
The distribution model is event-driven: TenantMade appears when a resident moves in, wants to improve the home, renews a tenancy or prepares to move out.
Simple pricing around the upgrade.
Start with individual approved improvements and room packages, with building and portfolio arrangements where operators want TenantMade available across their resident base.
For a single reversible improvement such as a feature wall, blackout solution, storage or lighting change.
For a coordinated room improvement combining approved products and professional installation.
For BTR operators, landlords and managing agents wanting a property-specific catalogue, resident ordering and installation records across multiple homes.
More freedom for residents. More control for property owners.
TenantMade exists because rented homes create a predictable tension: residents want to make the property feel like their own, while owners and operators need control over alterations, damage and reinstatement.
Renting should not mean living in someone else's blank box.
Residents should be able to personalise their home where the owner is comfortable with the change and the property can be protected.
The approval and fulfilment layer.
Permitted products, property rules, installers, condition evidence and reinstatement are brought into one managed process.
Residents and professional property operators.
The resident gets more freedom. The operator retains control. Both sides have a record of what changed.
